Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment safely within process specifications, performing regular GMP and SOP compliance assessments and addressing observations immediately. Train employees on job functions, develop processing procedures, and set machine controls per manufacturer manuals. Execute Statistical Process Control checks, participate in change-over processes, and conduct equipment time studies and run rate evaluations. Provide immediate direction for potential product quality issues, including initial deviation assessments, containment strategies, and corrective actions. Actively participate in investigative phases and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions while making minor machine adjustments for line issues. Requires a college diploma, one year high-volume manufacturing experience, and ability to lift 25 lbs in a fast-paced, automated facility.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of college diploma in a related technical program
- Minimum 1 years' previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
