Job Summary
Perform product conversion, machine and process set-up per production orders, and operate machinery while conducting in-process inspections to ensure quality manufacturing on schedule. Assist engineers with equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting, and handle equipment repairs as required. Maintain good housekeeping, segregate wastes, and conserve energy while complying with all quality, environmental, health, safety, and security policies. Work in a clean room environment wearing ESD jump suits and shoes. Night shifts run from 8pm to 8am for three to four days weekly, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm, following an 8:30am to 6pm on-the-job training schedule Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITE in Engineering
- Experience in using measuring equipment
- Experience in operating production machinery
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, mass production in cleanroom environment, preferably in Semi-con / Electronics industry
- Able to handle maintenance & repair tools
- Must be willing to perform Night Shift (3/4/4/3)
- Willing to work in clean room environment and put on ESD jump suit and shoes
- Night Shift working hours: 8pm to 8am (3 to 4 working days a week as schedule on Shift Roster)
- Day Shift working hours: 8am to 8pm (3 to 4 working days a week as schedule on Shift Roster)
- On the Job Training: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
