Production Technician

Job Summary
Manufacture coil coating batches according to production formulas by weighing raw materials, operating mixers and pumps, and ensuring proper mixing, grinding, and development. Collaborate with Quality Control to adjust processes and verify batches meet specifications before transferring finished products into drums, totes, or storage tanks for shipment. Maintain accurate production records, batch tickets, and material usage documentation while performing cleaning and housekeeping to keep the work area organized. Adhere strictly to all safety, environmental, and company operating procedures. Provide your own steel-toed work shoes and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience and previous manufacturing or industrial experience are strongly recommended.
Required Qualifications
- Employees are required to provide their own steel-toed work shoes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and around chemical odors
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is strongly recommended.
- Forklift experience is strongly recommended.
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
- Experience in paint, coatings, chemical, or liquid manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to follow written instructions and production formulas accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
