Job Summary
Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce powder coating products consistent with customer requirements while performing various assigned manufacturing tasks. Maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment through daily operations involving contact with other employees and operating heavy machinery. This day shift role includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday coverage from 6:00am to 6:30pm, with Wednesday and Thursday coverage the following week. Eligible for performance-based bonuses. A criminal history review is required to protect business operations and staff safety.
