Job Summary

Inspect equipment daily to ensure cleanliness, coordinate flavoring with packaging film, and check date codes for accuracy. Monitor bag seams for strong seals, troubleshoot potential equipment problems, and maintain efficient operations. Collaborate with Quality Control Operators to uphold standards and keep applicable records while communicating with production teams to ensure positive flow and meet schedule goals. Manage packers' break schedules and handle training as needed. Comply with all OSHA, FDA, and HACCP regulations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring frequent standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and computer proficiency.
