Job Summary
Operate extrusion and wash-line processes, load bales, package finished products, perform basic maintenance, follow procedures, complete shift paperwork, and log information. Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Use basic math and computer systems for operational reporting; handle labeling and packaging tasks; assist with changeovers and communicate with maintenance and supervision. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards while producing a quality product in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent value
- Must be able to read, speak and write English efficiently (preferred)
- Must be able to operate a fork truck
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
