Production Technician

Production Technician role performing harvest, conditioning, treating/packaging, and related warehouse tasks at Corteva’s Lethbridge County facility. Responsibilities include harvest activities from receiving to storage, conditioning and packaging, shipping/receiving, interplant movement, inventory management, forklift operation, and maintaining quality and safety records. Requires comfort with technology (Microsoft Applications), ability to work outdoors/indoors in various conditions, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and valid Canadian driver’s license. Must be able to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing conditions, and comply with safety policies; night shifts and extended hours including weekends may be required. Education: High School Diploma/GED. Two-year technical/associate degree and field equipment knowledge are noted as preferred but not required. Suitable for candidates who can perform physical labor and operate within a production environment while prioritizing health and safety.
