Job Summary
Production Technician at Corteva Agriscience (Algona, IA) supports harvest, conditioning, return and rework, quality analysis and control, field management, warehousing (forklift operation, sample collection, pooling), and data gathering for continuous improvement. Requires high school diploma or GED (or ability to obtain GED), proficiency with computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), valid driver’s license, safety-minded attitude, and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds) and rotate shifts with overtime as needed. Preferred: 2+ years in manufacturing/operations/agriculture, knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S, CI, Standardized Work), leadership experience, experience with automation/PLC, and forklift operation.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime including weekends during seasonal peaks
