Job Summary
Produce and maintain grinding, blending, and kiln operations across raw materials, clinker, and auxiliary systems. Conduct regular inspections of weighing, grinding, conveying, kiln, and cooling equipment; monitor material flow from storage to mills and silos; operate valves, slides, and gates as directed; measure and report bin/tank/silo levels; assist with preheater tower and kiln inlet scaling and perform minor repairs; support maintenance with repairs and communicate malfunctions; assist with cleaning and mixing additives during finish grinding; start auxiliary motors and ensure systems run per control room directions; maintain clear communication with production teams and supervisors regarding equipment status; operate heavy equipment (wheel loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, forklifts, manlifts) as required; demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies; promote safety culture. Ideal candidates have high mechanical aptitude and can work effectively in a team-based, safety-focused environment. Requires PPE/compliance with safety protocols and allows for extended outdoor work in extreme temperatures; 12-hour rotating shifts, with potential days/nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work outside year-round in extreme temperatures (hot/cold)

- Lift 75-100 lbs regularly
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE (including respirators) and pass respirator fit tests
