Production Technician

Job Summary
As part of the production team, you will operate equipment (mixing machines, conveyors, forklift as needed), monitor outputs to meet production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards, perform daily maintenance and safety checks, troubleshoot equipment or product issues, record defective products, keep a clean workspace, and communicate with leadership and colleagues to resolve machining, product or quality concerns. The role requires ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work both independently and in a team, with English communication skills and a focus on safety, quality, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in agriculture manufacturing or similar industries preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to operate mixing machine, conveyor, forklift
- English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
