Production Technician

Production Technician responsible for operating equipment ( mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers ), collecting product samples, monitoring tank levels, and inputting data into computer systems. Duties include manufacturing products to meet specifications, maintaining safety and a clean work environment, collaborating with peers to pursue continuous improvement, and operating mobile equipment such as forklifts. Requirements include being 18+, able to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE, basic computer skills, English communication, and overtime availability. Preferred qualifications include basic mechanical troubleshooting and prior production experience; forklift experience (5 years preferred) and eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship. The role offers night shift (12-hour) with a 2-2-3 schedule, starting pay of $25/hour (with raises based on experience) plus a $0.75/hour shift differential, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacations. The position does not include relocation reimbursement.
