Job Summary
Operate equipment and technology across the facility (mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers) and monitor tank levels; input and record data using computer systems; manufacture products that meet specifications; collaborate with peers to pursue continuous improvement and maintain a safe, clean work environment; may involve operating forklifts and other mobile equipment; requires English communication, basic computer skills, ability to work varied conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; night shift schedule (12-hour shifts, 2-2-3) over a full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50lbs
