Job Summary
Operate facility equipment (mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers) and input/record data; collect product samples and monitor tank levels; ensure products meet specifications; maintain safe, clean work environment; interact with peers and management to pursue continuous improvements in production operations; operate mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders); adhere to safety policies; perform other duties as assigned; must be able to work night shift, overtime, and lift up to 50 lbs; basic English and computer skills required; location in Hollandale, MN; US-based position with no visa sponsorship; 18+ years old; 12-hour shift schedule (2-2-3) and starting pay $25/hour with $0.75 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
