Production Technician _ Bread Oven Operator

Operate automated production equipment, perform start-up and shut-down sanitation, and conduct quality control inspections to ensure product meets governmental and company standards. Diagnose machinery failures, assist with preventative maintenance, and monitor both equipment and product according to acceptable standards. Scale and stage ingredients, check production schedules and running orders, and ensure all product is loaded into proper containers. Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to safety rules, and provide scheduled breaks for other technicians. Master Enterprise software for data input, retrieval, and reporting while ensuring compliance with all policies including EEO, safety, and Sarbanes Oxley. Rotate job assignments throughout production to become fully versed in the entire process.
