Production Technician - Based in Malta

Job Summary
Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned production equipment to ensure optimal performance, product quality, and adherence to manufacturing schedules. Support engineering initiatives by assisting with the installation, validation, and implementation of new processes while maintaining full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures. Operate and monitor machinery to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Maintain accurate digital records of equipment status and report issues or improvement opportunities as required. This role requires an MQF Level 4 electrical or mechanical qualification and is based in Malta, with a minimum annual salary of €24,000.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified at MQF Level 4 of an Electrical/Mechanical Qualification
- Wireman license A and/or B
- Proven work experience as a production technician or similar role
- Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Good physical condition
- Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Willing and able to relocate to Malta
Desired Qualifications
- Wireman license A and/or B would be considered an asset
