Job Summary
Ensure adherence to production specifications, report malfunctions, and perform minor equipment repairs while maintaining clean, orderly line areas. Monitor production activities and equipment uptime to meet targets, reporting irregularities to the Supervisor. Execute running, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules, manage batch documentation and cGMP for each run, and participate in SOP reviews. Coach team members on safety, quality, and standard work; actively participate in Lean programs for efficiency and waste reduction. Set up machines timely and update procedures to improve turnaround times. Work on a 2 or 3 cycle shift rota. Requires Leaving Certificate, strong communication skills, and mechanical/technical troubleshooting abilities. Experience in the Medical Device Industry is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Willingness to work on 2 or 3 cycle shifts rota
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Skilled in anticipating and troubleshooting problems in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses mathematical and mechanical/technical skills
- motivation toward safety and quality
