Job Summary
Production Technician responsible for performing manufacturing, quality control, and logistics tasks at Alleima's Clarks Summit facility. Duties include operating saws, overhead cranes, and inspection tools; conducting product quality inspections; participating in continuous improvement activities; and performing other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to work any shift (1st/2nd/3rd) and collaborate effectively in a total quality, team-based environment. Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- basic math/data entry skills
- strong mechanical aptitude
- ability to work any shift
- ability to operate or learn to operate inspection tools and manufacturing equipment
