Production Technician

Operate equipment to fill, inspect, and prepare compressed and liquid gas cylinders while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Perform cylinder sorting, transfer, and data entry in the Gideon WIP system, conduct incoming and outgoing quality checks, and manage cylinder maintenance including overdue testing, disposal, and internal preparation. Execute basic production facility maintenance such as valve replacement and manifold cleaning, and adhere to 6s housekeeping procedures and plant startup/shutdown schedules. Apply personal and process safety standards to achieve zero safety incidents and zero quality rejects.
