Job Summary
Production Technician responsible for wiring, de-wiring, fixture/de-fixture, inspection, cleaning, and packaging of metal parts (e.g., injection molds, gears, gun slides, knife blades) in a warehouse/industrial setting. Will cross-train to operate coating room machines, blasting cabinets, cleaning tanks, and handle shipping/receiving as needed. Requires lifting 50 lbs solo and 50+ lbs with a team, standing for long periods, good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, ability to learn new tasks, and adherence to PPE and safety protocols. Role is 2nd shift (3P-11P) with background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50lbs (solo lift) and 50+ lbs (team lift)
- Must be able to bend and move
- Standing for long periods of time
- Physically move around the production floor to move parts from one station to the next
- Must have good manual dexterity
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must wear appropriate PPE as required
- Prior production and/or machine operating experience (desirable)
- High school diploma or equivalent (per Education Requirements)
