Job Summary
Conduct general site upkeep, including maintenance, housekeeping, and stocking. Operate forklifts to support plant operations and assist with equipment and system activities. Support quality control by conducting inspections to ensure product quality and maintaining accurate record-keeping of production documents. Alert senior technicians and leadership regarding non-conformities in product or process variance. Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and safety policies while performing manual labor tasks involving lifting up to 70 pounds. Work multiple shifts with a basic understanding of standard procedures and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work multiple shifts
- Forklift certification (within 90 days)
- Able to perform manual labor tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
- Accurate record-keeping of production documents
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct inspections to ensure product quality
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
