Job Summary
Conduct general site upkeep including maintenance, housekeeping, and stocking. Operate forklifts to support plant operations and assist with equipment systems per site activities. Support quality control by conducting inspections to ensure product adherence and alerting leadership to non-conformities or process variances. Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and accurately record production documents. Requires forklift certification within 90 days, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and experience working multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work multiple shifts
- Forklift certification (within 90 days)
- Able to perform manual labor tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct inspections to ensure product quality
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
