Job Summary
Hands-on Production & Technical Manager – Entertainment leads all technical and backstage operations across Crown Melbourne’s theatres and venues. Responsible for technical planning, crewing, rostering and scheduling to ensure operational readiness; partners with show producers and directors to coordinate production requirements; oversees maintenance, compliance and performance of technical equipment and infrastructure; drives safe work practices and continuous improvement across technical operations; leads and develops a high-performing technical workforce; requires strong leadership in technical theatre, staging, lighting and audio, with budgeting and coordination experience; holds White Card, Working at Heights and EWP licences, plus CAD skills (desirable) and hands-on experience in rigging, dogging and forklift operations.
