Job Summary
Lead the production area on the 1st shift at the Tallahassee facility, coaching and developing a team of operators to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets. Drive continuous improvement and 5S, mentor employees through on-the-job training, and apply root-cause problem-solving to remove obstacles and improve productivity and product quality. Maintain a high-performing, safe shop floor culture and demonstrate strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills to support team engagement and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience leading, training, or guiding others in a workplace setting
- Ability to communicate clearly, coach effectively, and make confident decisions
- Basic proficiency with standard digital tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
