Job Summary
Performs entry level tasks involved in the manufacturing of rubber insulation and engineered foam products. Responsibilities include mixing and milling raw materials, pressing and ovening materials, performing quality checks, and packing finished goods to meet customer specifications. Utilizes measuring equipment, reports issues to management, and ensures accuracy of formulations. Maintains safety and adheres to production plans while operating machinery safely.
