Operate production equipment to support the production schedule and packaging/process operations; participate in sanitation and quality assurance activities; support warehouse operations as needed; maintain throughput, quality, and safety; collaborate with line leads to identify cross-training opportunities; follow JES documents for assigned lines; assist in cleaning processes within designated timeframes; coordinate with Line Lead and Maintenance to resolve equipment issues promptly; participate in plant audits for the assigned area; ensure smooth handoffs with other shifts and contribute to plant performance; engage in cross-functional communication and teamwork to drive outcomes.
