Job Summary
Production Tech responsible for processing donated goods in a warehouse setting, including sorting into textiles/hardlines/trash, grading, tagging textiles, moving materials between workstations, assisting donors with unloading and receipts, maintaining accurate donation records, packing seasonal items, supporting store shipment needs, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Requires ability to lift 40-60 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Emphasizes safety compliance, adherence to production standards, professional customer/donor interactions, and contributing to organizational mission and sustainability. Required Qualifications
