Job Summary
Donation Processing Associate in a Goodwill warehouse performing sorting, grading, and handling donated goods. Responsibilities include sorting donations into textiles, hardline goods, and trash; textiles handling (grading, hanging, tagging); moving materials between workstations; receiving donations and issuing receipts; maintaining donation records; seasonal packaging and labeling containers for storage or shipping; supporting store shipment needs and paperwork; maintaining clean, safe workspaces and adhering to safety procedures; and supporting overall production and mission goals. Requires high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to assess donated goods for handling, basic reading/writing, color vision, and physical capacity to lift 40-60 pounds, push up to 100 pounds, stand long periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and dusty conditions; training and development opportunities available.
