Job Summary
Production Tech III on a daytime shift with Sunday–Tuesday plus alternating Wednesday schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM, 11.5 hrs). Works in a wafer-fab cleanroom, wearing a Bunny Suit and PPE, and must maintain safety and quality standards. Requires strong English proficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail; able to operate in a cleanroom, stand for long periods, and be capable of lifting/being near equipment. Must have High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and relevant experience in manufacturing; 20/20 vision (corrected or natural) for short- and long-range viewing; overtime availability on short notice. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required. Experience in a wafer-fab cleanroom is ideal; the role is onsite in San Jose, CA. The base salary will be influenced by location, qualifications, and experience and may include potential bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience
- Strong spoken and written English Proficiency
- Quality mindset and detail orientation
- Capable of working with chemicals in accordance with training and safety requirements
- MS Word and Excel skills
- Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility
- Ability to work overtime on short notice

- Able to stand for long periods and work on a compressed shift schedule
