Production Team Member

This is a hands-on, entry-level Production Team Member role in a Duluth, MN wood products manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include feeding and catching material from production equipment, inspecting lumber and removing defects, sanding, staining, finishing wood products, packaging finished materials, and following work orders to maintain quality standards. The role involves standing on-site, lifting up to 75 lbs, basic math, and reading a tape measure (1/16 inch). Opportunities for growth into Machine Operator, Spray Booth/Finishing, UV Line Operator, and Production Lead.
