Job Summary
Production Team Member handles packaging operations and line support: operates packaging equipment, adheres to safety/ISO training and PPE protocols, maintains packaging specifications, and reports quality issues to the Production Lead. Maintains clean, organized work area, responds quickly to line stops to restore operations, ensures timely supply availability, and plans for shift needs to minimize lost time. Requires heavy lifting (50-100 lbs), standing 8-12 hours, basic math, and 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs
- Must be able to stand 8-12 hours
- Basic math skills required
