Job Summary
Handle and prepare materials by moving, cutting, inspecting, and packing fabric panels while supporting machine operation and workflow. Learn blueprint reading and gain skills to operate RF heat-sealing equipment independently under the guidance of experienced operators. Maintain a safe work environment by following all established safety procedures during Monday–Friday shifts from 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This role requires physical labor involving bending, standing, and handling large, heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- HS Diploma/GED
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to work on the floor
- Must be able to handle large/heavy objects
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must submit to a background check
- Must submit to a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of the metric system
