Production Team Member

Production Team Member responsible for on-site, outdoor industrial production tasks focused on safely processing vehicles, maintaining equipment, and supporting daily production goals. Key duties include following safety procedures, keeping clean and organized workspaces, providing friendly customer service, inspecting and operating tools, dismantling vehicles and removing designated parts and fluids, performing general maintenance, assisting with inventory reporting, and wearing PPE. This role requires a friendly, customer-service orientated attitude; basic knowledge of auto parts and mechanical functions; experience with hand and power tools; ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to work Monday–Friday with some weekends/overtime; comfort working outdoors in all weather; basic computer and mobile device skills; and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include heavy equipment or forklift maintenance experience and bilingual English & Spanish.
