Job Summary
Production Team Member responsible for loading/unloading components into robotic weld cells and other assembly equipment to produce exhaust-system parts; operate welding/assembly machinery, inspect welds for defects, label and leak-test parts, and move items to in-process racks. Maintain data records, participate in audits and continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, 5S, TPM), and ensure a safe, organized work area. Requires production experience and a high school diploma; must be flexible to work varying shifts with overtime as needed. Plant runs Monday–Friday with potential overtime on weekends; direct, full-time role with comprehensive benefits in Brighton, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) months related experience and/or training in a production manufacturing environment preferred
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including overtime on short notice
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
