Job Summary
Production Team Member responsible for loading and unloading parts into robotic weld cells and various assembly stations, operating related equipment, inspecting welds, performing leak tests, labeling and tracking parts, recording data, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, 5S, TPM). Requires a high school diploma or GED, and at least 3 months of related production experience or training; must be willing to work varied shifts and overtime; emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) months related experience in a production manufacturing environment preferred
- Entry level knowledge in welding and metal forming techniques and processes a plus
- Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime on short notice
- Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Lean Manufacturing awareness
- Safety-consciousness
