Job Summary
Contribute to a team environment by cross-training on production equipment and processes. Perform highly repetitive job duties involving machine operation and manual picking and packing of product. Detect and separate defective products. Record all required information. Create a safe workspace by maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and following safety regulations. Maintain a four-day workweek schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
