Job Summary
Production Team Member responsible for stocking shirts using the inventory system, collaborating with warehouse and production teams to fulfill orders, laying out designs evenly on shirts for heat pressing, maintaining a clean and efficient workstation, and ensuring quality standards on every order. The role requires standing 8 hours, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, comfort with repetitive tasks, teamwork with the ability to work independently when needed, and basic computer skills. On-site training is provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday with daytime hours; full-time shifts available (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm).
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
