Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment, load and unload parts for plating and drying, and perform visual inspections to verify product quality. Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean work environment. Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly and enter production data into ERP/MES systems. Move products between workstations using approved equipment and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and varying temperatures, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

- Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must possess adequate vision, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing, production, assembly, plating, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP, MES, or production tracking systems
