Job Summary
Run the press, pull printed shirts, and stack finished products while ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout the screen printing process. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production setting. Assist with other screen-printing tasks as needed. Peak season hours run from March 1 through June 30, with regular shifts available Monday through Friday. Imperial, the #1 headwear brand in the golf market, partners with Nike, Adidas, and Peter Millar to craft premium apparel for golf, retail, and destination markets.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to maintain good attendance
- Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks
- Must be available for Peak Season Hours (March 1 through June 30)
- Must be available for 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Friday
- Must be available for 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 - 10:30 PM, Friday
- Must be available for Regular Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
- Must be available for Regular Hours: 2:30 - 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
