Job Summary
Perform assigned production tasks such as injection, polishing, stone setting, plating, or inspection according to standard operating procedures. Ensure products meet quality standards through careful handling and attention to detail while accurately recording production information in Microsoft Office systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow established work instructions, and handle tools, equipment, and materials safely. Identify and report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns to a supervisor and assist in cross-training other production areas. Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce waste while supporting all company safety, environmental, and HR policies. Ability to work overtime or Saturdays as required during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, or reaching during the workday
- Good vision and color vision
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work overtime or Saturdays as required during peak seasons
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
