Job Summary
Perform assigned production tasks such as injection, polishing, stone setting, plating, or inspection according to standard operating procedures. Ensure products meet quality standards through careful handling and attention to detail while accurately recording production information in Microsoft Office or other company systems. Follow daily work assignments to support production schedules, maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S and lean practices, and handle tools, equipment, and materials safely. Identify and report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns to a supervisor and assist in cross-training and continuous improvement activities. Ability to work overtime or Saturdays as required during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, or reaching during the workday
- Good vision and color vision
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work overtime or Saturdays as required during peak seasons
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to different production areas
- Enjoys working with hands, tools, and small parts with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
