Production Team Member

This position handles all facets of production for donated merchandise, including receiving, sorting, grading, pricing, and processing; responsibilities span donor interaction, logging donations, moving items via dollies, palletizing, baling, and following the Dell Reconnect SOP to prepare items for the sales floor and inventory systems. Key duties include unloading donations, organizing by textiles/hardware, pricing furniture, supervising ware/ textile stations, maintaining a clean and safe work area, may cashier on relief basis, and collaborating with teammates to improve efficiency. Requires ability to lift heavy items, operate equipment as needed, and uphold excellent customer service and warehouse operations in a non-profit Goodwill environment.
