Production Team Member

Production Team Member role supporting pizza dough processing and production across multiple positions (dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, cross/down stacker). Responsibilities include determining batch recipes, measuring ingredients, delivering dough to the rounder, recording batch data, maintaining proofing library, achieving dough certification, performing metal detector checks and temperature monitoring, adjusting dough sizes on equipment, monitoring sifter tailings, and communicating irregularities to supervisors. In the dough cooler, organizing dough by size, ensuring print quality on trays, and supporting tray washing and sanitation. Requires standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in refrigerated conditions; shifts include 12am, 1:30am, 3am, and 5am with rotating schedules and weekend/holiday availability. Must have a high school diploma or GED and pass a pre-employment background check.
