Production Team Member

Production Team Member for a 10-hour dayshift at Columbia Forest Products in Kitchener, ON. Role involves rotating duties across multiple machine centers (putty line, spreader, hot press, sander), handling material, conducting quality checks, cleanup, and other manufacturing activities. Forklift operation is an asset; must use personal safety equipment in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery and forklift traffic. Schedule: Mon-Thu 6:30am–5:00pm or 7:15am–4:15pm; Friday 7:00am–12:00pm, 40 hours/week with pay progression from $20.60/hour (probation) up to $24.00/hour after probation. Base salary after probation is $22.15 plus proficiency-based increases. Benefits include health plan, retirement plan, gainshare, and other incentives.
