Job Summary
Assemble, test, inspect, and package compressors and sub-assemblies in accordance with production schedules, safety requirements, and ISO 9001 quality standards. Fit and assemble parts to create completed products while reading work instructions to maintain production timelines. Rotate interchangeably across various assembly line functions and perform basic troubleshooting using hand and power tools. Ensure proper documentation of production activities and maintain a safe, organized work area. Available for any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with the ability to work overtime. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be available to work any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently
- Ability to read and understand job instructions
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to independently use a computer to own and update information in Workday and ADP
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
