Job Summary
Lead daily production activities on the twilight shift, planning labour and resources to meet customer demand while ensuring delivery targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Monitor performance metrics, identify operational issues, and execute corrective actions through Tier 1 meetings and visual management tools. Coach the team to achieve high standards by setting clear expectations, conducting regular 1:1s, and supporting development plans to build multi-skilled, resilient workforce capability. Champion a safety-first culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, and workplace organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment
- Security Clearance eligibility
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement and 5S principles

- Confidence in managing performance and behavioural expectations
- A proactive approach to solving problems and driving results
- Understanding of production planning, workflow management and operational KPIs
