Production Team Leader (Parksite)

Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Parksite shift to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient 24/7 plant operations. Directly oversee Process Operators, manage shift handover, training, scheduling, and manpower coverage; drive daily/weekly targets and continuous improvement initiatives; coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and operations leadership; enforce safety, work control, housekeeping, and compliance with LOTO, hot work, and confined space procedures. Act as incident commander during crises, provide off-shift site leadership for tenants and responders, participate in Tier and performance meetings, and ensure timely reporting of plant performance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills are essential to hold subordinates accountable and maintain world-class performance while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, refinery or other related industrial environment
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1081 certification
- Minimum Required: High school or equivalent
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing workgroup members
