Job Summary
Production team leaders are responsible for leading and overseeing the efforts of a production team in a high-volume fresh-cut fruit and vegetable processing facility, ensuring manufacturing is carried out efficiently with strict adherence to quality, safety, and GMP/SQF standards. They manage line setup, daily targets and job duties, track in-process records and yield traceability, train operators, monitor changeovers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from High School or GED.
- 2 years’ prior experience in manufacturing
- 6 months previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
