Production Team Leader - Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary
Lead compliance and environmental, health & safety efforts while overseeing front-line manufacturing employees, including hiring, development, discipline, and time management. Monitor productivity, ensure customer commitments are met, and drive Lean manufacturing implementation through continuous improvement initiatives. Track metrics such as labor consumption, work order completion, inventory accuracy, throughput, and capacity to establish team goals that exceed quality standards. Develop training plans to maximize workforce capability and collaborate with other Production Team Leaders to align functional areas across manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years production, supply chain or leadership experience
- High School diploma/GED and minimum 10 years production or supply chain or leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity
- Strong decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to act independently using good judgement and discretion
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office suite, and standard ERP systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening
- Must successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable)
