Job Summary
Production Team Leader for 2nd shift leading 15+ in Braze and Machining departments. Hands-on working lead responsible for training, directing, scheduling, and operating machinery to meet due dates. Lead cross-training, manage WIP and inventory, enter data into SAP, and drive continuous improvement (Lean, TPM, 5S). Ensure ISO quality requirements and safety inspections, coach team, run daily tier board meetings, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance. Requires 5+ years manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, high school diploma or GED, forklift license, and first aid training. Shift: 2nd, 3:00pm-11:00pm, Mon-Fri; compensation: $23.50-$29.50/hr plus $1.50 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing background: minimum of 5 years in manufacturing
- Strong people skills and prior team-leading experience
- Hands-on, working lead role with willingness to operate machinery
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Forklift operator license required
- First aid/first responder training required
- Computer skills for data entry and tracking metrics (SAP or similar)
