Production Team Leader Full Time (42331)

Oversee all aspects of Textile and Hard Goods production, supervise and coordinate staff, and ensure production quotas are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include training and developing processors and donation attendants, ensuring compliance with Goodwill policies and Consumer Product Safety Commission procedures, managing inventory receipt, stock rotations, and color/mileage-related duties, maintaining 5S standards, inspecting and maintaining equipment (forklift, baler, etc.), coordinating with the Assistant Team Leader to meet monthly production quotas, analyzing costs for incoming items, and communicating across departments to ensure merchandise is placed on the sales floor promptly. Requires high school education or equivalent and at least 3 years of supervisory experience; must hold a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record and active forklift certification. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus ability to train staff and perform performance reviews; ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with regular lifting and exposure to warehouse conditions.
